We pay a big attention to the fast technical service of cremation lines in JML Funeris. Our fast reaction and quick solution of operational problems is important to the business of our clients.
We offer 24 or 48-hours guaranteed repair time as a standard (depending on the distance from our headquarters).
As the number of crematoriums with cremation lines supplied by our company is growing, we are constantly investing in staff, increasing the number of our technicians and improving their skills and knowledge. As an answer to our clients’ expectation, we have created a third technical service team, which is formed by experienced engineers.
Also, the service fleet of JML Funeris is growing. We want to be sure that we can reach the client very fast, if there is a problem that cannot by solved remotely.
Our technical service is offered to the clients who use the equipment supplied by our company and also to crematoriums which have the equipment of other cremation line suppliers.
We offer technical service, technical revisions and repair – all based on local staff and very short execution time.
At the same time, together with interim reviews of existing installations, we modernize the control systems of the furnaces supplied to our clients. We upgrade control system to the innovative software Funeris ZERO – first software on the market with adaptive control model.
