Cremation lines and other technical devices need periodic checks and maintenance. JML Funeris is the only contractor of cremation lines in Poland that offers a local service. Our qualified service makes installation works, regular check-ups and eventual repairs. The technical service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. It is situated in Katowice which means a great and easy accessibility for Poland, Slovakia and Czech Republic.

Service communicates with customers in their native language (English, Polish, Slovak and Czech) The workers are supported by design and technical office. Its engineers specialize in chemistry, environment, automation and electronics as well as in technology and machinery. JML Funeris service responds quickly and individually to every customer.

Service work can be divided into several groups:

*installation and start-up – during the installation of equipment,

* regular inspections – according to the schedule,

* remote control – immediate reaction,

* express repair of electromechanical control systems, ventilation systems and burners – immediate reaction, usually from 24 to 48 hours in working days,

* general repairs – predetermined with the customer.

All the service works are carried out immediately. Some of the problems can be solved at the same day (works that can be done remotely). Works that have to be done in situ by our service usually are made from 24 to 48 hours on working days. It allows us to minimize the time where the crematorium has to be closed.
